Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription anytime in Home - Profile Settings. You will not be charged from the next billing cycle once you cancel. However, you have until the end of the subscription period to revert cancellation if you change your mind about cancelling.

Q: How do I delete my account?

Delete your account anytime in Home - Profile Settings. This is a one-way decision. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, you can still create a new account with the same email.

Q: If I earned Premium exclusive characters and then lose my Premium, will I lose my characters?

No. Characters will never be removed from your account, outside of extreme circumstances.
